You send the employee a Co-Owner invite
The employee will open the room in Rec Room Studio and import the files you provide. (Find subprotocols below.)
You will go into your room. If it is unpublished, finish up placement of the added materials. If it is published, go to settings, subroom settings, change the published version to the most recent upload from Rec Room Studio and reload the room.
Finish up placement and configuration of the room, and if you so wish, remove the employee's Co-Owner status after they leave.
Audio can be imported through two different methods. Method one is audio source, and method two is directory.
Audio source: the audio will be made part of the room itself, and can be configured to start upon room loading and loop forever. It cannot be edited outside of Rec Room Studio.
Directory: the audio will be added to the room's files. You can use the "Studio Audio Constant" chip to hook it up to your audio player. NOTE: please make sure you configure the audio player to play the audio on the correct track. If it is music, select music, and so on. Directory uploaded audio cannot be used in any room other than the one it was added to.
Videos can be imported into your rooms, but they follow a very strict set of requirements. Every video MUST abide by the rules of the Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to deny any orders asking to import videos that could put the importer at risk of losing their permissions.

You will send the image. It must be in jpg format, 2560x1440px and less than 2 MB. If you don't know how to do that, look up "image resizer".
The thumbnail will be uploaded, and the employee will message you as soon as it's done.
If you so wish, remove the employee's Co-Owner status and enjoy your shiny new thumbnail.
